Centuric LLC (“Centuric,” “we,” “our”) operates myautomations.ai, our Microsoft Copilot Studio practice site. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you submit the discovery questionnaire on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide — including your name, organization, email address, phone number, your responses to the discovery questions, and any free-text notes you include. The only fields strictly required to submit are your name, organization, email, and phone; everything else is optional.
We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is standard server logging used for security and operational purposes.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use the contents of your discovery questionnaire to train AI models — it is read by Centuric staff for the purpose of scoping your engagement.
Discovery form submissions are transmitted to Centuric’s sales inbox via Resend, our transactional email provider. The submission lives in our sales workflow and in our email systems. We retain inquiry records for the duration of the business relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter (typically 24 months) for record-keeping.
This site uses minimal cookies. We do not deploy advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set security cookies for bot mitigation and DDoS protection.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. If you are in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, those rights apply.
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date at the top.
